Yep… runners ran
Ruckers rucked … starting late and then finishing late
Others explored Knees over toes training

Today was a good time
We picked up some we hadn’t seen in a little while
And also picked up some along the way
Also there were two runners
The last ruckers arrived back after 50 minutes to much ‘adulation’.
12 Pax posted to run or ruck, including 1 FNG courtesy of Off Balance and Kennah Brah.
All made it back for the CoT

For the first day in a week, the gate to the track and field was open. That being said, the ruckers intentionally took a path across the track to get out to the neighborhood, whereas the runners took their usual path out but could be seen taking advantage of the track towards the end of their run.
Overall it was a good time to be out in the Gloom.
COT focused on desiring to embrace the Cross, to unite our sufferings with those of Christ and realizing that part of life is suffering, but also being able to see through it to the Resurrection.
9 pax heeded the call of the gloom…2 for running and 7 for rucking. We covered miles and F2 which makes Thursday all the more worthwhile, followed by Q Source.
All who came did according to their talents
getting up and pushing through the challenge
Kennah Brah brought a new guy
His Vices he wants to decry,
and a CPA, so we named him Off-Balance
HIMs ran around a track,
HIMs rucked with a pack,
HIMs ran around the neighborhood;
All, seeking to get more good.
Ended with a COT in the not pitch-black.
6 pax faced the gloom on this pleasant morning of the Mardi Gras season, 3 to run and 3 to ruck. Coincidentally, this makes 3 posts in a row for our most recent Kotter: Mambi which qualifies as a streak; well done and keep the streak alive! We are here for progress, not perfection and we are never “done!”
Rucker rucked and runners ran
But nowhere was my regional Nantan
Compared to Bolt us ruckers were slowpokes
But to make up for it, YHC told a joke
But but by the end, we were all a better man
The joke:
Two cowboys are riding through the desert and are running out of food
The first cowboy calls out because he sees a short tree with bacon hanging from it.
Delighted he starts running towards it. Before the second cowboy can react, the first cowboy is shot from out of nowhere.
The second cowboy, pauses and screams out, “That wasn’t a bacon tree, it was a ham bush!”
Apparently today was YHC’s Maniversary; so to celebrate I have written a lymrick:
I posted in the gloom today for a ruck.
I chose this ’cause I knew running would suck
In total there were 9 runners
1 walker, and 3 ruckers
We are all thankful for F3 getting us unstuck
