On a Hot Sweaty morning self paced Tabata seemed best. A brief stretchy warm up of torso twisting arm circles wind mills good mornings and on to the thang. A seven exercise :45 on :30 off Tabata consisting of Crunchy frogs/SSH/Crunches/toe touches/Merlins/Squats and lap around the roof. Four rounds fill the time perfectly.
