Two days before Independence Day. We read the Declaration of Independence in sections at each station around the park loop.
After the warmup, we traveled to the Bridge for some Merkin ring of fire. Then we headed to the fountain where we enjoyed boat pose on the benches, Incline merkins, right and left leg power-ups, dips, and decline merkins.
Then we moseyed to the golf course entrance for more boat pose, shoulder taps, and merkins.
Then we moseyed to the monkey bars for some Vladimir Douillie’s, LBC’s, and real Freddie Mercury’s.
At the flag, the conclusion of the Declaration, we read the names of the signers. It was fitting we had 14 PAX as there.were 13 original Colonies.
Birthdays, Anniversaries, Announcements, Intentions, and aPrayer was hat at the COT. After we enjoyed some American Apple Pie and “coffee” on the Porch.
