5 PAX continued the tradition of the pre Gnarly Nutria workout!
We met at the Flag and had a slow mosey to the warmup spot by the Band Stand.
Stretching and warming up was the name of this game. We are getting our bodies ready for the competition to come. Then we had Blimps down Oak Alley.
Back the the Shelter for some Mary, including LBC’s, Angry Roach, and others.
