* We can’t balance. Although we did start to get the hang of it about 3 minutes in. Since Pontiff is mostly a geriatric workout at this point, we should probably start including more balance exercises. Let’s not break a hip
* I do think the workouts would have a much younger, livelier feel if we stopped giving out respect so liberally. Just a suggestion.
* I lost a flip flop doing the chunkers. RIP
* near the end of the workout Hand Grenada confesses to me that he is a “Culture Guy.” I assume he is talking about The Culture Club. I had my suspicions.
* Thanks to whoever weighed and marked the rocks. It made it clear that mine was the biggest. Except for Triple’s – His rock is always ridiculous
* Speaking of ridiculous – first bootcamp load over 200….even the Bogé got into the 60s.
