Five ladder sets using the parking spaces, 2 up 2 back, 4 up 4 back, 6 up 6 back, 8 up 8 back:
1.forward run/backpeddle
2.side shuffle out and back facing North
3.side shuffle out and back facing South
4.karaoke out and back facing North
5.karaoke out and back facing South
next, over to the parking stanchions for leg swings; side to side and front to back
then, mosey to the front flag pole for;
a few sets of ring of fire, with merkins, lunges,
bear-crawl, crawl-bear, crab crawl
