This workout is to honor Iraq War hero Chris Kyle. He was known as the most lethal sniper in US military history, won several medals, completed 4 tours in Iraq, and was killed at a gun range in Texas. The autobiography “American Sniper” was about him as well.
Workout: AMRAP Count your reps
Set 5 minute recurring timer for 8 rounds
During each 5 minute round work on:
40 Kettlebell swings(token)
40 Lateral jumps (jumping over the horizontal token)
40 thrusters (tokens)
40 Derkans (feet on vertical token)
If you have time left start back over from kettlebell swings.
Each time the 5 minute timer goes off:
Stop where you are
Run 25 yards
Do 5 burpees(doesn’t count toward reps)
Run 25 yards back and continue token exercises
