snap crackle pops, hi jack hi jills, butt kicks, grass grabbers, etc.

THANG: Charles Bronson routine from the F3-Exicon
Mosey to the Justice Center Courthouse promenade.
Five sets of 50 of one exercise, sprint up three benches, bear crawl about 30 feet, run up the stairs,
run down the ramp switchback and long run back to the starting point. Rinse and Repeat.
The Five Sets:
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Merkins
50 Burpees
50 LBCs
50 Jump Squats

Mosey back to The Gipper for a one minute Fletch Stretch.
