Humid January Morning – from Bongo

It almost feels like an August day yet it is January 8th and barely into the new year in full winter, where is the week of snow this year?

Anyway I felt the need to Q and get out to Okwata despite all the running, not feeling well, work demands, travel, etc that some on Thursday morning, this one was open. And what a nice distraction we had on the lakefront, I can tell she was impressed with all of us especially our burpee form and endurance.
Anyway here it is:

SSH X 25 Great sync and timing men!
IW X 15
Grass grabbers X 10
Abe Begodas X 10
Arm circles X 10

Run up the levee backwards and back down
Up to lakefront for round of Suicides X 11 Burpees at each light pole and back. By 8 it got too redundant into running and then turned to a Route 66. We finished and counted each one.
