Afternoon Delight – 2-18-2026 – from Almonaster

The Q wanted to get some miles for RCR! We began at 6:30 and the disclosure was stated. Then 20 SSH immediately.

We then moseyed to the statue by Audubon where the warmup was complete.

The Thang:

3 – 1/2 mile laps around the parking lot broken up by 20 merkins in Cadence between each.

The Squats, Lunges, Bulgarian Split Squats, then run a lap around the Circus.

Came back for Incline.Merkins, Decline Merkins, rowing on the bench.from the boat, Crunchy Grogs, and Vladimir Douillies. All in cadence.

Back to the Fkag for COT!
