We were pleased to have Hammer with us and learn that he is in the Respect clan now. The A1C tends to be an older post. Wiser and good looking too. We did The usual warm ups . We used a deck of cards and rotated turns. Each picked an exercise. This round was heavy on merkins and burpees. Einstein got in some starjacks. Of course We did some wife pleasers for Jose 10K. We got thru the deck with time to spare and finished with a few Tai Chi moves. Hammer prayed us out strong.
