Imperial Walkers 11

With Rocks and at every LIT light:
1 Blockie, with Curl, OHP and Tricep Extension
3 Rock Squats
5 Rock LBC
Repeat at every Lit Light
Finish with Stretches and Backwards Mosey to Flags – COT ( forgot to take a PIC)
