7 at the 620 Strong for a Thursday evening boondoggle.
Warmup with regular stuff. This included both TIE Fighter and X Wing fighter. Had to toss in the Frac #IYKYK
Frisbee Indian run to the back with a drop bringing 2 burpees.
Work with the tires. Partner up and flip the tires halfway then carry the second half, partner does the same back. Each pax completes 2 rounds.
Frisbee BLIMPS- Spread out and do each set (5 up to 30) with bear crawl and lunge walks in between. Toss the frisbee where the Q says and 2 burpees for a drop.
11’s with merkins and Squats
Mary with pax calling out the exercises and practicing cadence.

-There’s a slight naming issue. We had a Catfish and a Mulligan today. It’ll be ok.
-This was supposedly the 620 Stronger. I guess one can’t have 2 x 620 Strong.
