There’s this proverb that says the best time to plant tires was 20 years ago and the next best time was today! So YHC made his way to the 620 Strong with a truckload of tires and got to planting!

The usual suspects were there including Curly, MacFrugal, Doc Punk and Catfish. About halfway through the beat down YHC realized we have 2 of the same name, and they are not twins. If one were to put them side by side it would be nearly impossible to tell apart.

Warmup with regular stuff. It was announced that any plane overhead brought 2 burpees.

Everyone grab a tire and head to the field.

We flipped, we rolled and then did some Dora with 100 ‘mericans, 200 LBCs and 300 squats.

Tire toss was next. Pax tossing the farthest picks the exercise.

There were SSHs, Freddy Mercs, Flashers, 8 count body builders, and Catalina Wine Mixers.

Return the tires to da truck.
