Irish Farmageddon – from Rudy

College football is finally here this weekend! The dog days of summer start to fade away, beginning with the long awaited matchup of Iowa State and Kansas State in Ireland this weekend. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to getting the season started!

30 PAX joined YHC on yet another muggy morning at WPM. No comments about YHC breaking out the neon-yellow retro 3 Wolf shirt for the occasion. I know they loved it, though.

With the help of ChatGPT, YHC pulled together this workout:

🏈 Irish Farmageddon 🏈

Pregame Warm-Up (base of WPM)
Split into KSU and ISU teams by counting off. This was intended to be used for a team burpee challenge, but YHC quickly realized this was gonna be more than the PAX could manage.

Kong won the opening Coin Toss, and chose 10 Merkins for everyone.

====

No attempt was made to count burpees by team.

Brown Bag willfully attempted to throw Kansas State under the bus and demand more burpees from them. Way to set an example.

Kong apparently didn’t know what a “Squat Jump” was (straight up). That’s why he was able to fly across the goal line well ahead of everyone else.

Thanks for the opportunity to lead!
