Five HIMs showed up this morning for a beatdown on what was surprisingly a much cooler morning, with the temperature sitting at a refreshing 76 degrees when we kicked off. After a brief warm-up to get our aging muscles and joints moving, we headed over to the courthouse for a round of elevens, knocking out merkins at the bottom and squats at the top while taking the long route in between at our own pace. The format led to plenty of good mumble chatter and conversation, but by the time we finished, everyone had worked up a solid sweat.
