CoolDown —————————————————————
Ring of Wife Pleasers (10/Count 5) Hold Bridge

Several Pax were not to be denied their Good Mornings at the back of the museum – Cheers to you for keeping the tradition!

CoT: Gratitude, for all the things. Prayers for family members health, and for the kids returning to school and the parents who help them.

A lot of PAX may feel like the first few chapters of Freed to Lead were written specifically about them. I’m certainly no different.

A year of F3 feels like several years of friendship at this point, and it’s meant a lot. I had all the things in the book: mostly work friends, a questionable fitness level, fat pants hanging out in my closet, and no real plan to fix any of it.

It’s amazing to see how deep the friendship runs in and across this group, and to know that you can join an F3 beatdown almost anywhere and experience the same thing.

To all of you who have welcomed me, pushed me, encouraged me, and endured some questionable math with me, thank you. It’s truly special to continue to also have the opportunity to return that for somebody else.

Looking forward to many more beatdowns together.
SYITG.
