It’s been a while since YHC had done a 40 at Okwata. Too long. So this am, 9 PAX – including a few “40 Virgins” got to do it again.
Weather: Warm and Sticky. No wind.
Grass: Dry, and cut nicely right up to the edge of the levee. Mid-shin length up and down the levee.
Moon: Almost gone. Just a thin, thin sliver as we started the workout.
This time, the call-outs and exercises were put together by ChatGPT (with just a 2 requirements: we finish with burpees, and we include Mayhem Merkins).
