A full fast lap around d the roof to start from corner one with 10 IC freak nasty 10 Merkins 10 Leg lifts 10 Big boy sit-ups. Quick time karaoke to corner two and do it all again. Rinse and repeat at corner 3 and 4. Run back to corner one and Rinse and repeat only x 20. Finish just in time to fast run another full lap and back to COT for announcement and prayer of gratitude for the strength given us to share with all.
