  • 100 is the number!

When Mulligan had to back out of Q’ing, I jumped at the chance to take the Q , especially knowing it was going to be my 100th F3 workout this year.  I arrived early and stealthily unloaded the 6 cinder blocks I have been toting around in the back of my Suburban onto the lawn behind “Touchdown Jesus”(surprise for later).    I was dreading this day, as I knew at the end of the workout, I had a burpee bet, with Willie, to pay off for our Fantasy League game, loser does the score differential in burpees, Let’s just say it wasn’t close and the number was 61 burpees!  OUCH!

The PAX began to assemble at the front of the park and at 5:30 we were ready to go.  The Intro and disclaimer were given as well as the Announcement that this was my 100th beatdown.  I don’t think anyone could believe I actually keep track of that, but I do.  So off we went for a Mosey down to Walnut across St. Charles and back down to the nicest patch of grass Uptown, the Loyola “U” for the Warm-Up.

    Warm-Up – 100 Reps of warm- up

    SSH x20 IC

    Imperial Walkers x20 IC

    Mountain Climbers x20 IC

    Hillbillies x20 IC

    Sun Gods – 10 Fwd, 10 Rev

    Thang 1 -100 Rep Circuit

Did a count-o-rama to determine we had 25 PAX divided up in to 5 groups of 5,  Five Stations setup around the lawn

    Station 1  – Dips – this was the count – 20 reps

    Station 2 – Monkey Humpers – AMRAP

Station 3 – SURPRISE WE HAVE BLOCKS AT WPM – Curls for the Girls – AMRAP

Station 4 – Low Slow Squats – AMRAP

    Station 5  – Plank Jacks – AMRAP

Finished first round, that was fun, Let’s RINSE AND REPEAT!

20 count by King Kong, and lets Mosey to the Mountain.

Thang 2 – Dora 1,2,3, up the Mountain

Run up the mountain with stops  to exercise at each turn-around.

Partner up, Exercise are 100 Merkin, 200 Bobby Hurley’s, 300 LBC’s, combined effort

    At each turnaround:

PAX 1  would do 10 Merkin, 20 Bobby Hurley’s and 30 LBC’s, for the count

PAX 2 would do Shoulder taps during the Merkins, Al Gore during the Bobby Hurley’s and Flutter Kicks during the LBC’s.   Flap Jack exercises at each turnaround.

10 Stops on the way up gets us to our required counts.

This took longer than expected, and as the last groups arrived to the top of the mountain I realized it was already 6:11.  No time for anything else…

Down the stairs and a quick Mosey back to the Flag.

    COT

Count-o-rama, Name-o rama, NO FNG’s,  Good!   I don’t want to hear anymore Mumble chatter about my bad naming skills.   My prayers were answered as I got a reprieve till next week from the burpee bet, as Willie had to leave as soon as we were done and didn’t make it to the COT.  Now I have to dread it for another week.

Announcements:  A group is going to Mobile to help with the new AO there on Sat  anyone is welcome to come along.   Coffeeteria at PJ’s after.

I thanked everyone for their support and motivation they provide me every work out.  I never could have lost the weight I have, 40lbs and gotten to where I am, 100 workouts so far this year, with out all of y’all pushing me every day and holding me accountable.    Thanks again!

Special Intentions for Rudy’s family, and an HNJ mom fighting the good fight against cancer.

My usual , still out of breath, Prayer!  AMEN!

Thanks, as always for the opportunity to lead!  I always enjoy it!

  • Presidential Fitness Test

WHISTLE*  Gather up Gentlemen!  My name is Coach Da Parish and I will be your F3 Physical Education Instructor this morning.   I expect everyone to work hard enough to exceed their own expectations while maintaining your own physical health.   Feel free to modify on your own.  WHISTLE*  Mosey with me!

    W/U

    • SSH X 25
    • AV X 25
    • HB x 25
    • SG X 10 (Each arm)
    • MC X 25

Mosey to the Foundry – Our great President, Ronald Regan, along with the Predetor himself, Arnold Schwartzenegger, care enough about you to demand physical excellence.  Now, why is this test important?  America needs warriors to fight the evil of communism.  Today that battle begins with basic exercises; the Shuttle Run, the Little Baby Crunch, the Pull Up, and the Merkin followed by the Mile Run.  You will have 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible.

    The Thang

    • 1 min AMRAP
      • Shuttle Run
      • LBCs
      • Pull Ups
      • Merkins
    • Baton Death March around the parade ground track

Now that our physical test has been completed, please form a line in order of completed pull ups.   Ever other man shall be your team mate for a game of Ultimate Frisbee.  Each time a team turns over the disc, they shall be penalized with 2 burpees.   Should you allow the other team to score, you shall be penalized with 5 Eight count body builders.  (The final score of the game would be 9-1; shirts defeating the skins).

WHISTLE* Mosey back to the flag for Counterama, Namearama, Annoucements, and COT.  Welcome Earmuffs (FNG) and Tiny Dancer (F3 Nashville).

Gentlemen, it’s been an honor to lead you!

    Coach Da Parish

  • Poor Prior Proper Planning Looses the FNG

Who reads the emails? Who looks at the Q list? Let me tell you who does…Saban does!
Saban looks out for his buddy

Well I can tell you that YHC completely missed the boat on this and had to improvise. While we might admire those who can do things on the fly, or just around Aububon, not having a plan can have unfortunate consequences.

So 21 maybe 22 pax head out, include FNG Carlton,

    Quick Warm Up

    Imperial Walkers x 20
Forward And Reverse Arm Circles x 20
    Peter Parkers x 20
    Mericans x10

Mosey to say hi to the cinder block and back to Oak Ally for a round of BLIMPS 5/10/15/20/25

Mosey on to the row bars and the train runs off the tracks. Unsure how many pax we have, unable to employ gray matter to do long division the situation quickly deteriorated into mockery of the Q…all of which was justified!

    Count was rows x 15
    Pickle Pounders
    Squats
    Lunges
    Mericans

Mosey down the path for 3 rounds of Circle of Fire. Pax mentioned something about the FNG with much harumph.

Across the golf course to the usual green from a call out of Mary.
    LBCs
    Doctor Ws
    RFM
    Russian Twist

Indian run to the pull up bars, learning from the row bars we moved better and faster.

Dips were the count x 15
    Squats
    Lunges
    Pull Ups

On to the circle, only then did pax point out that we lost the FNG. Nothing on Uptown Messenger but know your pax and remember to sweep your 6. Big reminder to YHC you don’t have to write it down on your blankey but you do need a plan. Also when we have the FNG we need to keep them engaged and make sure one of the Pax is looking out for them and encouraging them.

  • A Michigander pays his debts…

With cinder blocks dominating the past and burpees in yhc imminent future this gloom must deviate.

A simple mosey out and about, the pax had no interest in a pearl in the pond so we continued on to the holy grass.

Arm Circles forward & reverse 10×10
    Mountain Climbers x20
    Peter Parkers x20

Mosey to the mountain, back pedal up the inclines and sprint the straightaways. On the riverside turns Russian Twist, lakeside turns Leg Lifts with a thrust, good idea @Fracsac! First round 10 each increasing by 10 at each level. At the end total came to 150 Russian Twists, and 150 leg lifts with a thrust.

At the top of the last incline we posted for some angled work
    Inclined LBCs x20
    Decline Mericans x 10
    Declined Pickle Pounders x20

Mosey back to the bottom and to the benches
    RLSU x 20
    LLSU x 20
    Dips with a hold x10
    RLPU x 20
    LLPU x 20

    Mosey back to the flag

We had a new Holy Name dad, Chuck Smith, who is a ND alum. Unlike his fellow alum whom yhc owes a debt of burpees (41) Rudy didn’t show up so I got to take out my angst about last weekend’s ND vs M tilt and dubbed Chuck, Smick Chick.

  • Are You Ready for Some Football!!?

YHC had this Q dropped in his lap Friday afternoon after realizing at WPM that Cowbell was scheduled to Q both WPM and the Mothership yet he was out of town.  With that being said I took the little time I had to try to come up with a good beatdown.  Pressure is on when it is your first time  Q’ing the Daddy of all AO’s, “The Mothership”.  Having  Q’d the Iron Pax Challenge last week I missed out on Da Parish’s Coach themed  beatdown last Saturday, and had heard how fun it was.  I wanted to continue that theme “Medulla style” as this is opening weekend for NFL football.  A crew of 14 PAX gathered at he flag  this morning, a little bit lite, by Mothership standards, but we do have 12 guys at the Blue Ridge Relay, and others out of town.  The disclaimer was given and off the PAX went for a lap around the great lawn.

Warm up – No COP, this is Football Practice warm up, line up on “goal line”.

    20 SSH IC

25 yard Karaoke, out and back

25 yard Heel Slides, out and back

25 yard High Knees, out and back

Thang 1 – LAZY DORA’S 1,2,3, – Found this one on the website last night -Although I don’t think anything we do at F3 could be considered lazy.  So I choose to call these Medulla 1,2,3 – its Dora with out the running.  Partner up!!

In honor of our LSU Fighting Tigers who take on Southeast LA  tonight the exercises were as follows.

    L    –  300  LBC’s –  PAX 1 does 30 LBC’s while PAX 2 does 6″ leg lift.  Flapjack every 30 reps till 300 total

S     – 200  Shoulder Press in the Air – PAX 1 does 20 Shoulder Press while PAX 2 does AMRAP Merkins.  Flapjack every 20 reps to 200 total

    U    – 100 Up/Downs  PAX 1 does 10 Up/Downs while PAX 2 does Al Gores.  Flapjack every 10 reps to 100 total.

Willie gave us a 20 count

Thang 2 – S.A.I.N.T.S. – inspired by the B.L.I.M.P. routine combined with Four Corners routine.

In honor of our beloved Saints who start their season tomorrow against Tampa Bay the exercises were as follow

Starting in the corner closest to the flag we did exercises at each corner and finished in the center of the field.

    S   –  10 Shoulder taps (2 taps =1), run to next corner

    A   –  15 American Hammers (2 =1), run to next corner

I    –  20 Imperial Walker Squats (2=1), run to next corner

N   –  25 Nolan Ryan’s each side, run to next corner

T   –   30 T-Merkins – searched the Exicon last night and this was the only T exercise I could find that would work for this. Basically a hand release                     Merkin, but you extend your arms out to a T and squeeze your shoulder blades together.  Run to the center of the lawn

    S    –  35 Slow low Squats

Da Parish with a 20 count

Thang 3 – Ultimate Football – After hearing all the fun they had last week playing Ultimate Frisbee, that I and others missed out on, I wanted to make that right.

Ultimate Frisbee played with a football.   Divided teams up based on the partners we had for “Medulla 1,2,3,” which turned out to be a bad decision.  The PAX was quick to point out YHC forgot to designate shirts and skins so the first possession was a little crazy, but we got it all fixed

2 Burpees on a turnover for the team that turned over the ball.

5 Merkins    for each score – for the opposing team

5 Overhead Claps by the scoring team, just something for them to do to applaud themselves.

The disparity in speed and endurance between the 2 teams was made apparent early and OFTEN with YHC, Quick Draw and Da Parish finding ourselves on the same team opposite, Douille, Catfish and King Kong.  Let’s just say it was a shut out.  I blame the wet conditions and the wet football.  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Just as we finished the football game Tool runs up after his 7 mile run on his own just in time to join in for some Mary.

Time was called on the Ultimate Football Game with about 7 minutes left before 7:30.  So we slow moseyed out of the wet grass to circle up for 6 minutes of Mary.  I chose the first exercise and then chose PAX to lead next exercises.

    Medulla – Dying Cockroach x 20 IC

    Willie     –  LBC’s x 20  IC

    Rudy      –  Hello Dollys x 25 IC

    Bogey      –  Penguins x 25 IC

    Douille     – Real Freddie Mercury’s x20 IC

King Kong – American Hammers x 20 IC

Mosey Back to the flag,  Count off, 15 PAX, NO FNG, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, Intentions

Prayer for our Brothers in North Carolina for endurance, speed and safe travel, for Peppa and his family, for a Holy Cross football player that had to be carted off last night, and for Willie’s friend who just had kidney transplant surgery.

Another great beatdown in the books.  Thanks as always for the opportunity to lead!  I enjoy it more and more every time I do it.  Look forward to having everyone back from their travels!

  • Tropical Storm??? Who’s Gordon???

    Pre-Thang

Couple days before the Q, YHC was anticipating a windy, rainy, stormy workout at the Birdcage, if any workout at all.  YHC wasn’t even sure if he would make it out alive from TS Gordon.  Schools and businesses were closed for days.  Gas station line at Costco was extended to Carollton Ave.  Media was all over the storm.  With all the hype around Gordon, 19 PAX managed to meet up on a dry Wednesday morning.  At 5:30, YHC gave his standard disclaimer and off the PAX.

    Warm-ups

Moseyed to the band stand  and did the following in cadence:

    SSH x 20

    Forward Arm Circles x 10

    Backward Arm Circles x 10

    Hill Billies x 20

    MC x 20

    Highway 90

After the warm-ups, walked over to Oak Alley, picked a partner and off the PAX on a modified Route 66 partner merkins workout.  The PAX took an alternative road to Highway 90 instead because of possible road blockage due to damages / debris from TS Gordon.  Since there are only 9 light posts as the marker, the PAX ended up doing 2 partner merkins (patty cake, merkin, patty cake) at the first light post, 4 partner merkins at the second light post, 6 partner merkins at the third light post……… 18 partner merkins at the last and ninth post.  Totaling to 90 partner merkins.

    Tropical Storm Gordon

After getting off of Hwy 90, the PAX ended up by the Fountain.  TS Gordon has arrived (One of the calmest storms ever.)  Each grabbed a coupon and executed a GORDON Workout OYO

    Goblet Squats x 15

    Overhead Presses x 15

Rocky Balboa x 15 on each foot

Depth Jump from the coupon x 15

    Overhead Presses x 15

Nolan Ryan (feet on the coupon) – x 15 each arm

    11’s

Trying to dodge Gordon and waiting for the storm to pass, the PAX hunkered down at Oak Alley by the fountain.  The PAX lined up each of his coupon in the middle of the Alley.  Started off on one side with 10 leg raises, crossed the alley where the coupon was located, 11 curls, then went to the other side for coverage with 1 burpee.  On the way back, stopped at the coupon and did 11 chest presses, then back to the original side with 9 leg raises.  Finished the workout with 1 leg raise and 10 burpees.  So in total, the PAX toughed out 55 leg raises, 55 burpees, 110 curls and 99 chest presses in between.

    Round of Mary

Flutter Kicks with Coupon in arms extended chest press position x 20 IC

Scissor Kicks with Coupon in arms extended chest press position x 20 IC

    American Hammers x 15 IC

The PAX hid the blocks by the fountain and moseyed back to the flag for the COT at 6:17 a.m.  YHC blames Gordon for those extra 2 minutes.  Running against the wind was extremely difficult, but we made it through.

    COT

Count-O-Rama 19PAX, Name-O-Rama, announcements, intentions.  Thankful TS Gordon didn’t hit NOLA directly, but pray for the victims of the storm by the Mississippi and Alabama coast.  Thank You all again for the opportunity to lead.  SYITG

  • An Ode to the Flatulence of the PAX

There is nothing like an early morning fart to get the PAX in a good mood! The laughter that ensues always brings back fond memories of what life was like as a young boy with school work being my biggest concern in life. To that end, the WPM work out this morning was dedicated to Flatulence of the PAX.

    Warm UP

    Imperial Walkers – 20

    Hill Billies – 20

    SSH – 20

    Fire Hydrants (R)- 20

    Fire Hydrants (L)- 20

    Peter Parkers – 20

    Parker Peters – 20

    Windmills – 15

    Mosey to the Neutral Ground…

To keep with the theme we did TURDS stopping at each crossover..

    Travoltas (Right/Left) – 10 each

    Up Straddle Hop (Right/Left) – 15 each

    Ranger Merkins – 20

Diamond David Lee Roths – 25

    Squats – 30

Plank and wait for the 6

    Mosey to the Mountain…

It is thought that the first gas passed in North America was done so by the Native Americans (no documentation available, but it fits the theme). Therefore, an Indian Run to the top of the Mountain ensued.

    On the Mountain Top…

Once we reached the top of the Mountain, a deck of cards emerged from my pocket. We performed the exercises listed below. Reps were based on the number on the card. All face cards were 10, Aces 11, and 2/3 multiplied the next card pulled. All exercises were OYO.

    Floyd Mayweathers – Spades

    American Hammers – Clubs

    Reverse Crunch – Diamonds

    Turkish Get Up – Hearts

    Mosey to the benches…

With only 5 minutes left on the clock the PAX grabbed some bench and did the following:

    Incline Merkins – 20

    Dips – 15

    Mosey back to the flag…

Count off, Name O-Rama and intentions were completed.  There were no FNGs, but we had two guest, Brony and Peak Week, from F3 Southwake, and Nemo from F3 Raleigh.  I will cherish my VQ, and look forward to more Qs in the future! Thank you F3 NOLA!

  • What a year!

As this appears to be the week of anniversaries, YHC decided to add his 1 yr. anniversary into the mix by Qing the Birdcage.  So with a short disclaimer we were off!

Mosey to Kick-Ball Field for Warm Up

    • Imperial Walkers IC X20
    • Windmills IC X15
    • Parker Peters IC X20
    • Hillbillies IC X20

    Mosey to the Levee for:

Burp Back Mountain  –  Partner Up, 1st partner goes up backward and then down 3X while other partner does burpees then switch.  Rinse and repeat until PAX complete 100 burpees combined.

Got to call Burp Back Mountain so we can beat the oncoming train.  Most groups were done.  Nice job PAX!  Thanks Mariah for reminding us that some people have to make carpool.  Good news, all the PAX beat the train.  That could have been ugly.  Wait is that rain?  Yes it is. On to the next Thang.

Run to Track by Running Man at Monkey Bar station for Route 66 – Start with Inch Worm to 1 merkin, 1 Plank Jack to Pop Jack and Inch Worm up then run to next running man.  Add 1 merkin and 1 plank jack to the inch worm-merkin-plank jack-pop jack-inch worm sequence at each running man up to 11 merkins and 11 plank jacks.

Now the rain is coming down HARD.  Much mumblechatter about how it never rains this early in the morning and whether the rain is good (cools PAX down) or bad (shoes feel like 5lb. weights).  For what it’s worth, in 150+ workouts this past year, YHC can only remember one other beatdown where it rained and YHC was definitely cooled down.

Rain has stopped!  So no need for YHC to modify by moving to the coziness of the shelter.  Off to the Fountain.

Cross Over to Fountain – Grab a Cinder Block for:

    • Curls IC X 20
    • Tri-cep Extensions IC X15
    • Rows IC X20
    • Military Presses IC X20
    • Chest Presses IC X 20
    • Elf on the Shelf OYO X20
    • Nolan Ryans on Block OYO 10 each side

    Time is almost up.

Mosey to Flag for Count-Off, Name0rama, Announcements, Intentions and Prayer.  T-Claps to Pony Boy for consistently posting with us old guys.  Good luck to you in Atlanta.  We hope to see you back in NOLA often.  Congrats to Quarterpipe who announced his M would be induced the next day.  Sure enough Quarterpipe’s 2.0 is here (Eighthpipe).  Well done sir!

And thanks to all the PAX for making this a very life-changing year for YHC.  Never could have imagined how YHC would be changed both physically and spiritually by joining a “workout group”.  As the PAX knows, F3 is so much more.  It’s a group of #HIM.  Here’s to continuing to grow F3 in Greater New Orleans!

  • More Mary with Bittersweet

19 PAX posted for a humid and sweaty full moon beatdown.

I arrived right at 530am and quickly took off for the bandstand.

Warmed up with SSH x 20, Imp Walker Squats x 20 and then went into ROXANNE

Roxanne is a pushup every time Sting sings Roxanne and a plank jack every RED LIGHT.

From there we set up the TABATA counter and did 45 seconds on and 15 rest.  Not officially tabata bc we switched exercises every minute.

    Dead Roach

    Penguins

    Alternating Knee Crunch

    Crunch push throughs

    Leg Elevations

    LBCs

    LBTs

    Russian Twists

    Dead Bugs

    Leg Presses

That was 10 – so we switched it up.

    NEXT SET/PEARL –

We did 10 burpees at the bandstand, 20 rows, 5-10 pullups (or max out), 30 dips at the benches

You could do them in any order but you had to run on the track outside to the next station.

Played BITTER SWEET on the run.  Say HI if they say HI back they are Sweet if they say NOTHING they are bitter.

    We did this x 2.

    Shoulder Taps and wait.

NEXT SET we did a few more TABATA counter exercises out of cadence

    Peter Parkers

    Donkey Kicks

Side Crunches – LEFT and RIGHT

    Low Country Crab

    Fire Hydrants L and RIGHT

It was 613 so we headed back to FLAG.

Arrived at the FLAG 614 so we did x20 Parker Peters IC

Always a pleasure to lead – prayed for the PAX to not take for granted the time we share with family and friends

  • A Brief History of Notre Dame

YHC finished up his birthday Q week with Q at the Mothership.  Thanks to everyone who has shown up for my Qs this week….

YHC dropped 2 kids at his University last week, hoping and praying that they will have experiences similar to his – the types of experiences that make one a Domer-for-life.  During the welcome weekend talks for the parents, much conversations  about the history of Notre Dame and the Holy Cross congregation.  YHC thought that would make a good topic for a Q.  So here we go…..

First a (very flawed and poor) disclaimer.  I should be better at these by now.  Especially when we have an FNG in the fold (way to go, Calliope – rapidly taking over Top EH title from Triple Shift…).  Mosey off to the lawn in front of the museum.

    Warm Up

Grass was long.  Very long.  Some questions about whether we should stop and look for Cowbell in the grass….

    • SSH x51 (PAX appropriately noted the relevance of this number for YHC)
    • Peter Parker x20
    • Plank Jack x20
    • Parker Peter x20

    Lets get to work…

    Presidential Pyramid

Line up at Tree #1 (or Tree #0 as Woz and I refer to it).  We are doing a pyramid.  Each set recalls one president of the University.  Each set adds to what we’ve done before (i.e., do all of the exercises from previous sets then add the exercise for this set).

    • 5 Burpees for Blessed Father Basil Moreau, founder of the Holy Cross Congregation.  Run to first tree and back.
    • Add 10 Squats for Fr. Edward Sorin, founder of the University.  Run to second tree and back.
    • Add 15 Merkins for Fr. Andrew Morrisey.  Run to third tree and back.
    • Add 20 Crunchy Frogs for Fr. William Corby, chaplain of Irish Brigade in Civil War (and 2 time president of the University.  Run to fourth tree and back.
    • Add 25 Imperial Walkers for Fr. Thomas Walsh, president who oversaw rebuilding the University after the great Fire.  Run to fifth tree and back.
    • Add 30 Hello Dolly for Fr. John Dillon, entered the priesthood at age of 12, and served as president for one year during Civil War before dying prematurely of illness.  Run to sixth tree and back.

Mosey to the Water Fountain to hydrate, then off to Lightpole #1.

    National Championship

YHC takes a lot of flak for how long its been since the last ND National Championship.  The last one was 1988 (coincidentally, YHC’s senior year.)  30 years ago.  Sigh…

Lets do a Route 88 with Bobby Hurleys  What’s that you ask?  A Route 66 but add 2 at each stop.

    • First Lightpole: BH x3
    • Second: BH x4
    • Eleventh: BH x13

At completion, we’ve done 88 Bobby Hurleys.

Top game of that year?  Notre Dame vs Miami.  Catholics vs Convicts.  What better way to remember the Catholics than with the Genuflect.  1:2 ratio of kneeldown/standup : lunge step.

    • 1 (4 count) kneel down/standup.  2 Lunge steps
    • 2 KD, 4 Lunge
    • 3 KD, 6 Lunge
    • …..

In interest of time, YHC called it when clubhouse leader (#Tclaps for Outbreak) completed 10:20.  Most PAX were somewhere around iteration 7 or 8.

    Mosey to the Refinery.

5 Pillars of Holy Cross Education

    Split PAX into 5 groups:

    • Box Jumps
    • Dips
    • Body Builders
    • Pull Ups
    • Merkins

Rotate for 5 Iterations – one Iteration for each Pillar of a Holy Cross education.  Each iteration is a 60 second AMRAP.  30 second break between iterations to rotate and recover.

Mosey back to the Great Lawn.

    Mary

Running low on time, but no Notre Dame workout will be complete without some Mary.  As PAX arrive at the lawn, join the circle and start LBC.  Once all PAX arrive, cadence starts and we finish with all LBC x25 together.

    COT

Back at the flags, circle up for count-off, Name-o-Rama.  Welcome aboard Satchmo (he’s a musician, and an arborist).  Upcoming CSAUPs – talk to Da Parish if interested in Pelican Man duathalon.

Intentions shared around the circle.  Sky Q – hear and answer them as you deem best for each of us.  Sweaty-ball-o-man to close with prayers.

Thanks for the opportunity to Q, gentlemen!
