The band is back baby!! At first hope, we thought we were adding a NEW Mandevillean to the crew. Turns out Steve’s introduction of new exercises the previous day at Granny’s destroyed any hopes of that.. All is good though, as Wacker sacrificed some of his limited time to entertain YHC and Steve on the journey north. We arrived with Jose10k coming in hot off some loops around downtown Covington. Next the PAX had the regulars popping out with Moby, Einstein, Darkwing and BBQ wrapping it up, well at least that’s what we thought..After a brief warmup of SLOW Abe Vogadas, Toe Touches and snap crackle pop we moseyed to the coupon pile to get 4 blocks.
Took the PAX to the side of the courthouse where we met our FNG (Father Franz). That’s when arrows, daggers and weapons of verbal grumble began and didn’t let up. YHC tried to keep the explanation less winded than most of Sir Wacker’s but Jose10k was having nothing of it.. He was stirring the crowd like a good ole Louisiana gumbo.. Once the instructions were somewhat clear we got after it.
Hearing TarHeel at a previous coffateria talk about the ant pile experience near Abita roasting. This prompted YHC to scroll the Exicon and find the Murder Hornet..
Modify is a thing of course, so hey let’s give it a go…
PAX were always either squatting, bear crawling, or doing murder bunnies.
We sprinkled in Man makers, Big Boys, Chest presses, squat thrusters, 8 counts etc.
The rep counts varied but overall felt like the PAX got what they came for..
