Afternoon Delight – 8-13-2025 – from Almonaster

At 6:30 the statement was given and proceeded with a mosey to the warmup spot around the track.

We warmed up with some Side Straddle Hops, stretching, the Morpheus, Arm Circles front and back, Grass Grabbers, Windmills, calf Stretches, and finished with a set of Mountain Climbers.

The Thang:

5 Burpees at Running Man, mosey to the low bars where we ran into the trainer for the NOLA Gold, he was to busy to stay. Half the Pax did 10 Big Biy Sit-ups and the other performed incline Perkins, the again except the other performed underhand rows. Count was on the sit-ups.

Mosey to the Bridge. 10 low slow Squats, followed by 5 each leg low slow lunges till the knee hits the ground.

Mosey to the fountain for 10 slow dips, 20 Vladimir Douillies, and 10 decline Merkins.

Mosey to the Golf Cart Path for 20 Shoulder Taps and 10 Mayhem Merkins.

Mosey to the monkey bars for a 10 second hang, 25 LUCAS, and 10 Angry Roches for the finish.
