Afternoon Delight! – 12-3-2025 – from Almonaster

Christmas is here! 7 Pax went out into the dark of night for the 12 Exercises of Christmas!

Warmup:

We moseyed to the field across the Zoo for the usual warmup, Side Straddle Hop, Toe Stretch, Forward and Reverse Arm Circles, Imperial Walkers, Grass Grabbers, Windmills, then on our faces for a quick Calf Stretch and Mountain Climbers.

The Thang:

We moseyed to the Statue where we held exercises followed by a lap around the Drive Circle.

Exercises were: 15 Burpees, 50 Squats, 1 minute Plank, 100 Side Straddle Hops, 100 LBC’s, 1 Minute Wall Sits, 40 Merkins, 36 Lunges, 30 High Knees, 60 Rocky Balboas, 30 Side Leg Lifts, and 15 Jump Squats.
