Afternoon Delight – 8-27-2025! – from Almonaster

16 Pax met at the jungle gym at the prescribed time for a journey not across the track. We left and headed to the fields across Magazine to a spot for warmup. Warmups included stretching, Side straddle Hops, Arm Circles forward and reverse, Grass Grabbers, Windmills, and Mountain Climbers.

Then we moseyed to the levee for a set of 11’s! Burppees on the bottom until halfway and we switched to merkins, Squats on the top until halfway and we switched to decline sit-ups where you lean down the level to the up position.

Then we moseyed to the monkey bars for.two sets of 5 groups switching between 5 pull-ups, LBC’d and Lunges, count was on the pull-ups.

We found a nice grassy area nearby for more Side straddle Hops and merkins. Starting with 20 each, the 15, then 10, then 5.

Ending with Mary for the Vladimir Douillie, and the Angry Penguin, 20 each. Every exercise but the pull-ups station was in cadence!
