Not much to report on this relatively sleepy Tuesday except for the fact that one of our pax happens to be the runner-up for state champ in doubles tennis. (There may be some qualifiers in there that I’m missing … over 40?) Anyway, turns out Chewy is multi-talented and frisbee isn’t the only sport (?) where he’s got game.
Otherwise, pretty standard F3 fare this morning. With the Labor Day Murph happening the day before, YHC kept it simple and light: Moseyed down to the lake, stopping at each intersection to add an exercise. We started with 15x merkins and eventually got to:
15x Merkins
15x Jump Squats
15x Box Cutters
15x Hello Dollies
15x Rosalitas
15x Squats
Once we hit the seawall, we did some Bulgarians, Step Ups, Freak Nasties with single Leg Raises, and standard Freak Nasties.
Over to Rips for 3x calf raises at each step and then a Maverick classic, reverse bear crawl up the stairs.
Mosey back for a quick Mary and COT, where Russo prayed us out. Then we poured one out for Cowbell, as this was likely his final Granny post now that he’ll be a Covingtonian after this week. Thank you for posting this morning, appreciate you men.
*And yes, I am aware that You Got Served is actually a breakdancing movie (I think?)… but really feels like it should be a tennis movie, or at least a volleyball movie.
