snap crackle pops, hi jack hi jills, ankle rolls, hula-hoops, shoulder rolls, etc.
We had to get those hula-hoops in before the girls ran by.
YHC had a routine all planned out – but the rain called for a change of plans.
Luckily BBQ (the man with the aformentioned plan) had the deck of doom ready to go.
So, as per usual, the count on the card was the number or reps of the called exercise.
Plenty of different muscles were engaged, with a few “made up” exercises, some Tai-Chi, etc.
BBQ prayed us out.
