Ok so it’s cold. Einstein and for the second freezing Gipper in a row pushed each other to stay warm. A back and forth call on what’s next x15 lead to a very complete warmup and a short mosey to the rock pile finished off a very respectable workout. 5 RESPECTS TO BE EXACT. PROBABLY A 7 out of 10 on the sore the day after meter.
Hopefully it will warm up soon and the Lillys will be out to join us old farts.
