Trusting that someone would have a deck of cards YHC showed up to Q with a plan. A quick warmup of SSH Toe TOUCHES TORSO TWISTS AND Windmills and off we go with quick mosey to the Courthouse benches. A different take on the deck of death. YHC dealt the full deck to a PAX of seven. Each too their hand to a different bench. There the Hearts were step ups. The Clubs wins The Diamonds were Boxcutters and the Spades were Squats . The Jocker in your hand got you a run up the stairs around the ramp and back. Of course the numbers were the reps. When each Pax completed his hands worth of effort a box jump to the bench and hold Al Gore til all were Finnish Ed and then rotate. Everyone got to workout each hand in turn til we got back to the start. A slow mosey and short sprint back to the flag and COT and a prayerful reminder that we often forget that Everyman is dealt a hand and we only know what that is when we are willing to experience it.
