A mighty early beat down and a mighty 5 PAX! Warm ups in the Einstein way… assorted and long! The Thang was a deck of cards and turning over the cards one at a time. Each card represented the number of reps. We rotated among the PAX and each picked an exercise for each card. A good and fun assortment. To nobody’s surprise Jose 10K picked Wife Pleasers a few times and added a groin stretch move. YHC tried a new 6 count Wife Pleasers. A new twist and YHC needs to work on the count. The 52 card deck was finished. We did the COT and Dark Wing Duck prayed us out. Prayers for Einstein’s son Paul and his job search. As always an honor to lead and be with this group.
