Indian Run to the Fountain in front of NOMA.

Indian Run to Carrollton and back to the Fountain.

And you guessed it….Indian Run to the Little Foundry/Refinery/Foundrette. Breaking up into 3 groups of 3 and one group of 2. A rotation of sorts…if you will.

- Group 1 – LBC’s X 10….keepers of the count. Round 3 increased to 20…or more for the show-offs.
- Group 2 – Knee raises on the Monkey Bars
- Group 3 – Sit ups
- Group 4 – Pull ups
