The GOLDEN Pax! – from BBQ

A mighty 3 with an average age of 70.0 hit the A1C early this morning! Moby had a bad back and BBQ took the Q. Moby said he can never skip or stop F3. At 75 he is an inspiration to all! A lengthy warm up was done to loosen up these old studs. Five Tai Chi moves were introduced and enjoyed. Old dogs can learn new tricks! The thang was using 4 corners for 4 different exercises. We started with 5 burpees then moseyed to the next corner for 10 freak nasties. A long walk doing imperial walkers each step of the away to the next corner and 15 jump squats. A mosey to the next corner and either 20 big boy sit ups or 60 LBC’s. A long walk doing lunges each step of the way. We did another loop and added 5 more reps at each corner. We did do 15 burpees at the start of another loop. Time was up. We did the COT and YHC prayed us out. Moby was headed to his orthopedic doctor later in the day.
