YHC picked up the Q excited to share the days downPAINment with the Pax.
With 7 pax present, including PacRat from the North Winds region in NW Indiana, the disclaimer was given and we faced the bacon for our warmup. It was comprised of exercises with 10 reps each ending with 10 x 8 count body builders IC.
YHC saw the celebration in the oaks “Trees” and thought they must be used.
All pax do SSH while one pax sprints to next “tree” where another pax tosses the frisbee. A drop equals 5 burpees for all. Continue down until all pax tossed the frisbee. Lots of burpees. Repeat coming back.
Move to the real trees and do the same down and back. Lots of burpees and a few ‘mericans thrown in.
Back to the steps of NOMA for 11’s. Burpees up top and step ups (the hard way) at the fountain.
Move to side of NOMA for some calf raises with burpees for frisbee drops on the way.
