Cardio & Core at The A1c – from Einstein

Humid at The A1C upper deck this morning with the temperature around 70 degrees.

WARMUP: all IC15x; toe touch,windmills,sshops,book covers,arm circles,butt kicks,
snap crackle pops,shoulder rolls,hi knees,hi jack hi jills,prisoner squats,smurf jacks.

Thang 1: Mosey to the ramp for;
Five reps of down and back up the ramp, with a run down and back peddle
or side shuffle or karaoke on the way back up. Excercises separating each run were;
five burpees at the top,and five Mike Tyson pushups at the bottom.

Thang 2:
Two reps of four corner core work, with running corner to corner.
Excercises included IC15x; situps, v ups, box cutters, American hammers,
scubba steves, supermans, ankle grab rock, hand release merkins.

A good sweat was had by all (the humidity helped).

BBQ prayed us out.
