Warmup is a Thang – from Einstein

Nice morning at the A1c.

With BBQ and Fletch rolling in hot, joining the warmup already in progress,
we continued for about 15 minutes.

Then over to the ramps for a set of five up-downs, with five burpees up top, five reverse
lunges at the bottom.

Then to the upper deck, for parking stripe work; star jacks & jump squats every other stripe, with core work at the four corners.

Good solid workout done by all.

Fletch prayed us out.
