Mosey to the rock garden for a classic Uptowner warmup:

• Grass Grabbers (10x)
• Side Straddle Hops (20x IC)
• Arm Circles (forward & backward)
• Dumpster Dives for Cindy (because why not?)

The Thang – “Rock Around the Square”
The only thing on the menu today — simple, brutal, and effective.
Instructions:
1. Start at the first marker and complete the designated exercise.
2. After finishing, rifle carry your rock to the next marker.
3. Complete the exercise at the second marker, then side-step to the third marker.
4. Continue around the square, performing the exercises at each marker until you’ve made it back to where you started.
5. Keep going through the exercises and rifle carry the rock until it returns to marker one.

Each PAX picked their own pace and pushed hard through multiple laps around the square — the mumble chatter faded quick once those Earthworm Merkins kicked in.
